Meditation Teacher Training

Meditation is easy to make sound more special than it is.

This training keeps it plain: what sitting is, what happens over a long period of it, and what a teacher can and cannot do for someone else’s attention.

The valley has kept contemplative traditions for centuries, and the school’s own name comes from that literature.
