Yin Yoga Retreat

Yin works below the level of muscle. Postures are held long enough for the connective tissue to respond, and long enough for the mind to stop rearranging itself. Nothing is forced; the depth arrives on its own.

It sits at the quiet end of what the school teaches. It belongs to the same approach as everything else the school teaches: soft work with internal energy, never force.

Held in Rishikesh, India and in the Kathmandu Valley, Nepal.
