Paramita Himalayan Qigong and Yoga school was founded in 2020. We offer Tai Chi and Qigong courses, classes, retreats and workshops in Rishikesh and other parts of India. We also teach Qigong online for groups and private.

Paramita

The Sanskrit word “Paramita” has different meanings. Widely used in Buddhism, Paramita means “perfection” or “excellence.” Another meaning is “that which goes beyond” or “transcendent.” 

Founder

Paramita school was founded by Rus Lan, a long-term practitioner of Qigong and Yoga. Rus has a pronounced interest and knowledge in Health, so what he practices and shares are based on the idea of finding within, a natural place of balance and health, where Life just flows through. Not only into Qigong, but has also been exploring the different styles of Yoga, by living in Rishikesh for the last 6 years. His willingness to grow and transform brought him to many, mostly non-dualistic, traditions such as Buddhism, Advaita Vedanta and Kashmir Shaivism.

Vision and Mission

Love, Peace as well as Health and Happiness – are our very natural states. By being obstructed with stress, compulsory thoughts, tensions and so on, our state is no more obvious. Simple and natural movements of Qigong, at a certain level, can release the blockages of the body, breath and mind, so we can reconnect to our nature.
