Meditation Retreat

Here sitting is the practice rather than what follows it.

The valley has kept contemplative traditions for centuries, and the school’s own name comes from that literature. It sits in the same approach as the school’s moving practices: soft work with internal energy.

Held in Rishikesh, India and in the Kathmandu Valley, Nepal.
