Yin Yoga Teacher Training

Yin is easy to practise badly and hard to teach well. The postures look simple, and the difficulty is entirely in knowing when to leave someone alone.

Teaching it means knowing the tissue you are actually working with, why the holds are long, and the hardest part of all: how to hold a room in which very little is visibly happening.
