Most teacher trainings are organised around a style. This one is organised around an approach: soft work with internal energy, and the understanding of the body that makes it possible.
The practices are treated as one body of work rather than a sequence of styles — stillness that stops the forcing, breath that leads movement, and attention that the other two free up. What a given intake covers is confirmed before it opens.

What certificate you receive
This course is taught by Paramita Yogashala. The 200-hour certificate is issued by Rishikul Yogshala, a school registered with Yoga Alliance (RYS 200), and it qualifies graduates to register as RYT 200.
